During your contract with the EICC you will, at times, be party to, and have access to, sensitive client and other business information which must be treated in the strictest confidence and not shared, disseminated or disclosed to any third parties.

You are required to preserve the confidentiality of information, and the EICC's business and this obligation shall continue indefinitely, including after your agreement with the EICC terminates.

You should be aware that any disclosure, copying, distribution of information, or any action taken is expressly prohibited and may be unlawful.

A breach of this requirement could result in your agreement with the EICC being brought to an end. 

By continuing to operate within the building you agree to this confidentiality agreement and please be aware from time to time that you may be asked to sign an event specific confidentiality agreement.
