Ingredients: 120g Raspberries 3 tablespoons Elderflower Cordial |
Method:
Place the cream, sugar and cordial in a saucepan and bring slowly to a simmer dissolving all the sugar.
Cook for 1 minute and then stir in the lemon zest and juice.
Cook for 1 more minute
Pour into bowls and chill for 3 hours.
Top with soft fruits before serving.
