The Edinburgh International Conference Centre (EICC) is seeking a dynamic Duty Manager to contribute to our vision — to create an environment which inspires ideas that change the world.
As a Duty Manager, you will play a key role in our Operations Team, ensuring that every client's journey is seamless and exceeds expectations. You will also lead our front-of-house team, collaborate closely with clients, and deliver world-class service during every event.
We are looking for someone with a proven background in Duty Management, preferably within venue operations, hospitality or customer service. The successful team member will be an individual with excellent communication skills, a keen eye for detail, and most importantly, the ability to lead a team.
