Corporate Structure
Edinburgh International Conference Centre Limited is a subsidiary of CEC Holdings Limited, which is in turn a subsidiary of the City of Edinburgh Council. The Company’s ultimate parent undertaking is the City of Edinburgh Council.

Management & Governance Arrangements
Edinburgh International Conference Centre Limited is an autonomous subsidiary company of the City of Edinburgh Council. As such it liaises with and is ultimately responsible to the City of Edinburgh Council, however, the Board of Directors of Edinburgh International Conference Centre Limited is responsible for determining the strategic direction of the Company.
