Better events, better for the planet

We consider it both a moral and business imperative to place sustainability at the heart of every event we host, at every step of the process there are inherent adverse impacts. Our sustainability programme, Step Change, focuses on three equally significant, interconnected areas of impact: environmental, societal, and economic.

We received fantastic feedback from our attendees. Organising an event at the EICC is made easy because you have such a fabulous team. Any questions or issues were dealt with quickly and efficiently by the appropriate person. Everyone commented on how amazing the food selection was and the team also arranged Kosher meals for some of our attendees which was appreciated.

Claire Garland, Institute of Physics Joint AIRAPT and EHPRG International Conference on High Pressure Science and Technology

DDL receives outstanding service from everyone at the EICC, not just at the event but throughout the year. They go above and beyond to assist us at every step to ensure we deliver a successful conference each year. The success and growth of the conference is, in part, due to the EICC. Our delegate absolutely love being there!

Sheila Coates, DDL Conference Organiser

The location is so convenient, and once you get inside it has such great facilities. It's light, bright and welcoming. Having all the modern conveniences you'd want in a conference centre really adds to the benefit.
